If you are having trouble getting your Zendesk SKO Technical Track instance running.
Please following the steps below:
Step 1: Please ensure that you are online and connected to the Zendesk VPN and that you have logged into your Zendesk Subdomain for AI SKO training.
Step 2: Ensure you have purchased and configured a Zendesk Voice phone number and have agents logged in and online.
Step 3: Confirm you have setup the Zendesk Advanced AI Agents for Voice Agent to route to your AI Agent under Channels-->Talk-->Lines-->Routing-->Route to AI Agent (make sure your agent is selected).
Step 4 Confirm you Advanced AI Agent has a Welcome message and a Voice AI Agent associated with it. this also means routing to a default group of agents and making sure you have a persona, instructions and a default group setup up per the AI Agents Siesmic Training demo setup SKO Pre-training course.
